IMPRESSIONS are a series of monotypes and their ghost prints in which each mark works to notate observations of where air meets land and land meets water.  At times the drawings document the geological passing of time while simultaneously recording the fleeting moments of nature manifested in the atmospheric skies and changing foliage.  A form of mapping, each mixed media serves to index my interaction with my surroundings.
