Sun Sketches are a series of photographs and observational drawings acknowledging the agency of the sun as both a creative and destructive force.  Capturing the beauty and horror brought to light by the sublimeness of shadows, at times the work captures a fleeting moment and at other times the shadows seem to depict more permanent matter.  Each arrangement of shadows offers proof of the interconnected networks of our existence and the ephemerality / impact of different materials on our environment.
