BOTANICAL MONOLOGUES are a series of mixed media collages created from unmaking old paintings, drawings, prints and other work on paper to arrive at an arrangement of flowers. Just one of my many investigations into unmaking as a creative act, each work incorporates a famous quote that speaks to how flowers and other plants generate emotion and affect.
